Labwise Terms of Use
Last updated: September 6, 2026
Informational tool. Labwise repeats the reference ranges printed on your laboratory report and provides general, plain-language information about what laboratory tests measure and what results outside a reference range are commonly associated with. It does not diagnose conditions, recommend treatments or medications, or replace the judgment of a licensed clinician. Always discuss your results with your healthcare provider.
Accuracy. Labwise reads reports with on-device text recognition and shows you what it read before saving. You are responsible for checking recognized values against your original report. Reference ranges vary between laboratories; Labwise uses the range printed on your report and, where none is printed, a typical adult range that may not apply to you.
Your data. You own the information you add. It is stored on your device and can be exported or deleted at any time. See the Privacy Policy.
Subscriptions. Labwise Pro is an auto-renewing subscription billed through your Apple ID. It renews unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel in App Store settings.
Limitation of liability. To the extent permitted by law, Labwise is provided "as is" without warranties, and we are not liable for decisions made on the basis of information shown in the app.
